Identity and Financial

1. This site is intended for whole-sellers and mobile professional's , not for the retail user. With that mentioned, please note that support and guarantees that are normally implied with retail packages and pricing offered by GSMliberty are completely waived for resellers unless explicitly mentioned where it is applicable to do so . This includes and is not limited to: Logins Used, Codes Sent, Merchandise Warranty. If you are a retail user, we kindly ask you to use our retail store locate at http://www.gsmliberty.net/shop/ that was designed and priced to tailor for your needs.
2. All electronic payments made are manually verified, no exceptions. This is done for our mutual benefit and security. This implies that credits purchased will not be deposited instantly into a reseller account, but rather once the payment is verified for authenticity.
3. In some instances, new resellers making deposits or resellers changing their financial information might be required to supply documentation: Proving ID and authenticity of funds, again this is done for everyone's good and in most cases is a one time deal.
4. Wholesale credit Pre-Payments are not refundable in any circumstance.
5. Resellers wishing to purchase and drop ship physical products (IE Cell Phone, Unlock Hardware) are required to do the following:
   • Due to the nature and price of goods sold, deposit minimums are 2000 USD
   • Send/Fax a signed copy of this terms of use document
   • Understand that while products shipped occasionally come with manufacturer warranties unless that is stated explicitly on the product page, the product is provided with NO WARRANTY besides a guarantee against being Dead on Arrival (DOA)
   • All sales on physical products are FINAL.
   • DOA notices will only be processed if GSMliberty is informed about within the 48 hours of signing for the package.

Products and Services

1. Product delivery times for both physical and electronic deliveries, occasionally vary due to a number of reasons, most beyond our control. Delivery time quotes are stated to the best of our knowledge, and while we do our best to enforce them, delays do happen occasionally to which we do our best to warn about and provide the options available.
2. Due to the nature of the products, There are no refunds on delivered unlock codes, delivered server logins and delivered software license keys. Period.
