I am a HUGE skeptic regarding net-based software downloads and vendor promises - especially when I'm directed to disable firewalls and antivirus software and then install new drivers (yea right!). But the statements on this site are absolutely true! I followed the directions - downloaded the software, ran the test, purchased the credit and unlocked the Razr. This was an incredibly simple solution that no-one at the cell phone stores was willing to share. I just want to thank you folks for providing this great service at a very affordable price. Nice Job!
