Works well. If you are fimiliar with their programs it shouldn't take you more than 20 minutes to unlock your black berry. However, a first time user like myself, it took me an hour or so. You must download adobe acrobat to read the instructions which are in PDF format. I was using zonelarm firewall pro and AVG anti-virus. I shut down the antivirus but forgot to shut down zonelarm, however, their was no problem connecting with the server. Obviously, read the instructions first, and skip to your specific device for its unique unlocking procedure. For some reason when entering the MEPPD and MEPP2 in the blackberry sim card menu, i didnt have to hold down ALT or the Shift keys as the instructions tell you to do. I still got to enter the MEP code in the dialog box. Then it said code accepted and i was able to put a new sim card in and it work flawlessly.
The UI (user interface) should be easier, and that's why i didnt give them a perfect score. Also note, dont be nervous when you download the program they give you, at first i thought i received the wrong program because it said "unlock treo 650" They seem to have one program that unlocks many different phones. You just have to select your phone type (mine was blackberry 7100t) and it will say " unlock berry."
ALL in all, i recommend this service if you have some time to spare and have some computer skills, because you might have to download new drviers for the usb ports or disable your firewall or update the firmware on your blackberry before you begin.
