3. The screen will display Network Lock (ON), Network Subset Lock (OFF), CP Lock (ON), SP Lock (OFF)

where, ON means that the particular lock is locked and OFF means that it is not locked.

Are the unlock codes the same for the different kind of locks?

No. There are specific codes for the different types of locks. Once you know which lock is enabled in your Samsung M300, enter the code specific to it.
