1st of all, I am not related to any other CHEN's or any members of GSM so believe me when I say everything I'm about to say is 100% TRUE (I wouldn't waste my time if it wasn't)!
Like GSM, I am in the service industry and always think of my customers first. By reading GSM's website, I was already interested in what they had to offer. When I contacted GSM,
I was totally convinced that they shared the same vision and quality of service I would give to my clients. When unlocking the W810i, I ran into all sorts of difficulties. Every factor that could
go wrong DID (don't be afraid, it's NOT bad at all). It started with my username and password not generating into my e-mail (GSM responded by sending new info next business day since my contact was after their business hours), when disconnecting cruiser cable, part of the cable broke off and was still hooked onto phone (got it out and GSM replaced cable at NO extra charge AND on SAME day), and the cream of the crop:
when unlocking, error messages popped up because battery wasn't inserted when it was supposed to (GSM responded with LIVE step by step tech support TIL phone unlocked). Even after the unlocking, members of GSM still showed their concerns and willingness to offer additional services. The truth is, this is not something you would expect over the internet, especially with a live contact number. If it wasn't for GSM, I would have paid twice as much to unlock and debrand my phone. Sometimes it's not about "can I afford it", but principle. If you want reliability, service, and responsive tech support, go to GSM and free your restrictions! Remember, I'm giving feedback because I want to sell GSM's services, not my own. If you could take the time to read this review, then you would've already had your phone unlocked by GSM! So to "J" and all the members of GSM: a huge THANKS on your oustanding service and utmost professional courtesy!!!
