So I finally got my phone unlocked thanks to GSMLiberty.net . they where the 3rd place i checked out the other 2 did not work for me.
I gave it a shot and although it did not work the first time, they worked with me and found a way for it to work. It was faster than the other websites and this one actually worked. even with the extra bit i had to pay it was still cheaper than other places out there.
