I got my unlock code from GSM Liberty.net within the time specified. It was as straightforward as they said it would be. My phone asks for the unlock code. I type it in and, hey presto, the phone is unlocked and free to make calls. Making and posting this video means I get a refund of the cost which was only €15 anyway. When I had a query their online chat service was really helpful too
