here is my video of the simplest factory unlock i have ever done. the phone was originally locked to Rogers of Canada, but i live in the UK. you can clearly see the phone not working with the 3 sim card. plued it in, and activation was done in seconds! 2 days is all it took to unlock my device, outstanding – definitely recommend
